Accountant, Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and upkeep of effective accounting procedures.

• Aid in financial reporting and ensure regulatory compliance as the company expands.

• Streamline invoicing and tax reporting processes for independent entrepreneurs in Poland and Eastern Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations.

• Solid grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

• Background in tax compliance and reporting.

• Expertise in accounting software and proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).

• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational capabilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced setting.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher (both written and spoken).

• Experience with startups, fintech, or SaaS businesses is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Polish accounting and tax regulations is a significant plus.
