📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of accounting and bookkeeping records to detect discrepancies, errors, or irregularities.

• Confirm the precision of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with established accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.

• Uphold a thorough quality control system to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of financial data.

• Adhere to standardized protocols for data entry and financial reporting.

• Assess current accounting and bookkeeping processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Suggest improvements to streamline workflows, minimize errors, and boost efficiency.

• Compile detailed reports that document findings, recommendations, and any necessary corrective actions.

• Maintain complete documentation of review processes to ensure transparency and facilitate audits.

• Collaborate with accounting teams, auditors, and other stakeholders to address inquiries, provide clarifications, and promote effective communication.

• Offer training and support to accounting personnel to improve their understanding of proper accounting practices and compliance requirements.

• Serve as a point of contact for resolving complex accounting issues, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring timely resolutions.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in accounting software and recommend suitable tools for the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting.

• Strong understanding of accrual accounting principles, including full month-end close procedures.

• Solid grasp of intercompany transaction accounting.

• Proficient in QuickBooks Online software.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Strong comprehension of financial reports (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow).

• Ability to prepare and review schedules for financial statements.

• Capability to develop financial statements and reports.

• Proficient in conducting a financial health check and cleanup.
