This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate with accounting personnel, account managers, and clients to guarantee precise financial reporting and compliance.
• Manage the daily processing of accounts receivable and payable utilizing QuickBooks Online.
• Supervise monthly financial closing procedures for a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare both short-term and long-term financial and managerial reports.
• Administer payroll, employee benefits, and organizational insurance.
• Lead work management activities, ensuring that client requests are addressed and communicated promptly to both internal and external parties.
• Ensure that service deliverables are accurate and meet the expectations of Stride and clients. Prepare and conduct performance evaluations while assisting with employee development.
• A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience in providing A/R, A/P, and payroll services.
• Familiarity with accrual accounting practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external vendors both verbally and in writing, ensuring appropriate follow-up for an excellent customer experience.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Bill.com, Expensify, and GSuite.
• High level of general computer proficiency; comfortable learning new software and tools.
• Comfortable operating in a virtual, paperless setting.
• Strong capability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exhibiting initiative and outstanding follow-through.
• Sound judgment, robust decision-making skills, and a wealth of common sense.

• Deliver client-specific bookkeeping and accounting services, which include but are not limited to: managing daily processing of accounts receivable and payable through QuickBooks Online, generating reports as required for a portfolio of clients, and overseeing the approval of all payments to client vendors. Supervise monthly financial closing practices for a client portfolio, prepare both short-term and long-term financial and managerial reports, reconcile monthly activities, produce year-end reports, and meet tax-related obligations. Administer payroll and employee benefits as well as organizational insurance.
