📋 Description

• Oversee the offboarding process for clients with precision, efficiency, and compliance, ensuring financial reconciliations and proper documentation are completed.

• Promote transparency, mitigate risks, and adhere to organizational standards to facilitate smooth transitions while maintaining financial integrity.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of company policies, financial systems, and offboarding procedures during the onboarding and acclimatization phase (1-2 months).

• Complete the training provided by Sleek, encompassing both practical and theoretical components.

• Familiarize yourself with the existing offboarding workflows and documentation processes.

• Start managing straightforward offboarding cases under supervision during the integration of processes (3-4 months).

• Ensure final account reconciliations and report preparations are completed accurately and on time.

• Identify any inefficiencies or risks within current processes and recommend improvements as necessary.

• Manage client offboarding cases independently with little to no supervision after achieving full ownership of responsibilities (5-6 months).

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a client-facing Accountant.

• Proven experience in client-facing roles.

• Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software.

• Proficient in the English language, both written and spoken.

• Tech-savvy with experience using Google Docs, spreadsheets, and other similar applications.

• Knowledge of the application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Accounting Standards (IAS) in practical scenarios (e.g., Financial Statement Preparation).

• Experience with Singapore compliance, ACRA, IRAS, and familiarity with Singaporean filing is a significant advantage.

• Experience in public practice is beneficial.
