• **Mission:** As an Accountant, you will significantly contribute to delivering high-quality accounting services to our clients. This role is ideal for individuals with 5 years of experience, preferably in practice, who wish to enhance their expertise and embrace new responsibilities in a dynamic, cloud-based setting. You will work alongside a team of seasoned accountants, managing a client portfolio to ensure financial precision.

• **Your 5+ years of Accounting experience with a portfolio of Singapore clients will be critical to your success in this position.**

• **Position Duties**

• - You will oversee and manage a substantial portfolio of accounting clients, serving as the primary contact for all your clients.

• - You will be responsible for the quality of service delivery, ensuring timely and accurate billing, managing client relationships, maintaining rapport, and achieving client satisfaction and retention.

• - You should effectively plan your work and provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to staff to ensure deliverables align with service scopes and timelines, including corporate secretarial, accounting, tax, payroll, GST, immigration, mailroom, and nominee director services.

• - From the onset of your engagement, you must demonstrate expertise in primary accounting frameworks and financial reporting matters as mandated by ACRA. Your knowledge of the regulatory requirements for various company formations in Singapore, particularly private limited companies, is essential.

• - You are expected to gain a comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes, and business goals, utilizing that knowledge during engagements.

• - For assigned clients, you must be capable of reviewing and/or preparing management accounts and schedules, corporate tax computations, payroll reports, GST reports, and other statutory filings, ensuring their accuracy and completeness prior to delivery.

• - Your expertise will enable you to offer basic consultancy advice to clients regarding various accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial matters.

• - A key responsibility will be to prepare Unaudited/Group Unaudited Financial Statements and XBRL for clients with zero errors.

• - You must maintain the highest professional standards and uphold strict client confidentiality.

• **Requirements**

• - Recognized degree/diploma in Accountancy.

• - Preferably professionally certified with ACCA, CPA, or CA qualifications.

• - Ideally, 5-7 years of relevant experience for candidates who are not yet certified; 2-3 years for professionally certified candidates.

• - Strong understanding of SFRS and Singapore regulatory compliance.

• - Practical experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft applications.

• - Familiarity with cloud accounting software, with Xero being a significant advantage; ideally, at least one year of experience with Xero.

• - Resourceful and experienced with various productivity software that facilitates daily tasks.

• - Self-motivated, with a positive attitude, proactivity, and attention to detail.

• - Enjoy engaging with people and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• - Able to adapt to a VUCA mindset and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

• - Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

• - Immediate availability is preferred.

• **The interview process**: The selected candidate will undergo the following interview stages, with an expected duration of no more than 3 weeks from start to finish. Whether interviews are conducted via video call or in person depends on your location and the role.

• ****Video Interview / TA Screening:** A ~30-minute conversation with the Talent Acquisition Team. **Technical Round:** A ~90-minute technical deep dive with the hiring team regarding your most recent roles and hands-on experience.**

• **Final Round:** A ~45-minute session with our Country Manager to discuss some of your recent work situations to understand your thought processes and work style.

• **Reference Interviews + Offer:** We will extend a non-binding offer verbally or via email, followed by a few brief phone or video calls with references you provide.
