Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Development of financial models and pro forma statements

• Review, adjust, and improve current pro forma financial templates

• Ensure that models are precise, adaptable, and consistent with business assumptions

• Assist in scenario analysis and financial forecasting for informed strategic decisions

• Help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Document daily financial transactions in the general ledger

• Reconcile bank statements and verify that all accounts are balanced

• Aid in payroll processing and fulfill related statutory requirements

• Generate basic financial reports and support the month-end closing process

• Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards

• Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external auditors/accountants as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• 0–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting assistance

• Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar

• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Effective communication and organizational skills

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
