Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the store's success by overseeing its accounting functions.

• Collaborate with the Chief Accountant to prepare balance sheet information.

• Execute general and analytical accounting up to balance sheet preparation, based on experience and skills.

• Input and reconcile accounting documents.

• Monitor the store's cash flow and conduct bank reconciliations.

• Record and validate cash receipts.

• Reconcile accounts and follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.

• Manage invoicing processes.

• Analyze data and create accounting or management dashboards.

• Serve as a liaison for teams and management, ensuring the accuracy of activity-related data.

⛳️ Requirements

• An accounting qualification or considerable experience as an accountant.

• Prior experience in retail or within an accounting firm is preferred.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of autonomy.

• Skills in analysis and summarization.

• Proficient in accounting and payroll processes.

• Willingness to stay updated on industry knowledge.

• Comfortable utilizing various IT tools.
