This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee a portfolio of more than 10 full-service bookkeeping clients

• Execute bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online and conduct monthly reconciliations

• Prepare and finalize comprehensive monthly financial reporting packages

• Assist with the month-end closing process and address any outstanding accounting issues

• Help onboard new clients, set up QBO, and clean up bookkeeping records

• Act as a reliable and responsive point of contact for clients

• Engage in quarterly discussions with clients

• Manage deadlines and deliverables through established workflow systems

• Collaborate with leadership and team members to enhance the client experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or outsourced accounting

• Proficient in QuickBooks Online

• Background in reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closing

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Capability to work independently in a completely remote environment

• Keen attention to detail and a client-service-oriented mindset

• Experience with XCM or similar workflow systems is advantageous

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer
