📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the complete accounting process related to revenue and partnership agreements.

• Ensure precise recognition, timely closing, and thorough disclosures concerning customer and partner incentives.

• Maintain and enhance internal controls and reporting processes.

• Collaborate with commercial, legal, tax, and data teams to establish accounting and control requirements.

• Provide support during audits.

• Oversee month-end and quarter-end closing procedures for revenue and partnerships, including subledger reviews, exceptions management, journal entries, and reconciliations.

• Analyze balance sheet and P&L fluctuations, investigate irregularities, and generate evidence-based commentary on key factors.

• Cultivate an understanding of commercial economics, contract stipulations, and data flows to guarantee that transactions are complete and accurately documented.

• Examine customer and partner agreements and apply ASC 606 and US GAAP to incentives, revenue sharing, and non-standard arrangements.

• Design and implement AI-driven automation and process enhancements utilizing tools like ChatGPT and Gemini while maintaining human oversight and auditability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of pertinent accounting or audit experience.

• A professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).

• Strong understanding of US GAAP, particularly ASC 606, with practical experience in revenue recognition, partner incentives, variable consideration, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and experience in prompt development.

• Experience with ERP systems and transaction subledgers (such as Oracle or similar) along with month/quarter closing activities.

• Experience or familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
