This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Prepare and assess trust tax returns, corporate financial statements, and individual tax submissions.
• Manage self-managed super funds (SMSFs), ensuring adherence to Australian regulations.
• Generate and evaluate financial statements to facilitate tax compliance and reporting.
• Leverage Xero, BGL, MYOB Reporter, and Microsoft Excel for effective bookkeeping and financial oversight.
• Ensure precise tax accounting and reporting in accordance with Australian taxation legislation.
• Offer financial insights and recommendations to enhance tax strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine accounting processes and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Australian Accountant.
• Strong knowledge in trust returns, corporate financials, and tax accounting.
• Experience in managing self-managed super funds (SMSFs).
• Proficient in Xero, BGL, MYOB Reporter, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines and ensuring accuracy.
