Accountant – AI-powered Accounting Automation Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Participation in the evaluation of accounting firms prior to acquisition (processes, organization, service quality)

• Analysis of accounting and payroll processes along with the identification of operational risks

• Assessment of accounting tools and systems utilized by companies

• Preparation of recommendations and operational improvement plans for post-acquisition integration

• Implementation of operational standards in acquired accounting firms

• Standardization of accounting processes, documentation, and quality control

• Introduction of process enhancements and automation initiatives

• Training teams and supporting the implementation of new operational standards

• Monitoring operational efficiency and service quality

• In the long term, managing the operations of accounting firms within the group

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm or accounting department

• Experience with accounting systems such as Comarch Optima and/or SaldeoSMART

• Experience working with accounting or payroll processes

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to structure operational processes

• Interest in automation and technology in accounting operations

• High level of responsibility and a sense of ownership

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with teams

• Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to grow in a dynamic environment

• Proficiency in Polish at a C1 level or higher (spoken and written)
