📋 Description

• Manage several accounts, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for clients.

• Create and execute strategic communication plans that are in line with client business objectives.

• Offer insightful and proactive advice to clients regarding media strategies, storytelling, and enhancing executive visibility.

• Discover growth avenues and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Direct media relations strategies across technology, trade, and business outlets.

• Craft narratives that establish clients as leaders and innovators in their categories.

• Supervise the development of thought leadership initiatives, authored articles, and speaking engagements.

• Ensure consistent and high-quality media pitching that secures top-tier coverage.

• Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level public relations professionals, fostering alignment and accountability.

• Manage workload distribution, quality assurance, and deadlines across various accounts.

• Provide constructive feedback and facilitate career growth within your team.

• Effectively manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.

• Deliver reports and analyses that showcase measurable results and return on investment.

• Participate in business development, proposal creation, and new client presentations.

• Over 7 years of public relations experience, particularly in an agency setting.

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple client programs and leading account teams.

• Excellent writing, pitching, and presentation abilities.

• Experience in mentoring and cultivating high-performing teams.

• Strategic thinker with outstanding attention to detail and follow-through.

• Comfortable working across functions and juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
