This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Overseeing a digital brand centered around websites.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives.
• Exhibit the ability to provide assured guidance on client inquiries while establishing fluency in the services and offerings of Avalere Health.
• Develop a solid understanding of the client’s market, industry trends, influential figures, competitors, and key stakeholders.
• Clearly convey the brand’s business goals to the agency team through both verbal and written communications.
• Offer constructive feedback on projects in progress across various domains such as strategy, creative, technical, and analytical, while interpreting client and medical/regulatory/legal feedback for the agency team.
• Record all scope requests (detailed descriptions of client deliverables), draft project briefs (incorporating input from subject matter experts as necessary), and compose SOWs based on information provided by the delivery team.
• Collaborate with delivery and account leadership to oversee revenue and profits while mitigating risks, including directly discussing scope issues with the client.
• Show an aptitude for identifying growth opportunities and work alongside account leadership to enhance revenue within assigned accounts.
• Demonstrate and apply comprehensive knowledge of CIDP.
• Oversee daily account activities on CIDP, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
• Accountable for flawless execution of tasks.
• Manage budget tracking and internal communication regarding budget status, advising leadership when projects exceed scope or require re-estimation (estimate vs actual; % complete; etc.).
• Exercise sound judgment to foresee and effectively address challenges, acting as a collaborative partner with a solution-oriented approach.
• Display effective communication skills both internally and externally.
• Recognize when to escalate issues and when to independently resolve them.
• Analyze data-driven insights to advance brand strategy.
• Utilize past experiences to inform future initiatives.
• Write clear and concise project briefs with minimal to no oversight from leadership.
• Maintain a broader perspective on the brand and understand how various aspects connect to everyday project tasks.
• Facilitate and lead tactical meetings and MRC discussions.
• Possess foundational knowledge of the MRC submission process, Veeva (or similar submission software), and review MRC comments effectively.
• Balance the need for structured processes with flexibility to effectively manage client and internal team relationships.
• May act as a dotted line manager for AE or SAE reports, mentoring and developing junior-level employees.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing client relationships in an agency setting, with a focus on digital tactics related to websites.
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing is mandatory.
• Proven capability to collaborate across functions and project teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred experience in managing pharmaceutical brand launches in rare diseases.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
