This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Strategize, implement, oversee, and assess digital marketing campaigns for clients.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with client partners through daily interactions.
• Address clients’ daily challenges and projects.
• Collaborate with project management, business systems analysis, creative, analytics, social media, design, and development teams.
• Spearhead clients' strategic and tactical digital marketing initiatives.
• Act as the main liaison for clients and agency partners.
• Direct and execute digital marketing strategies and projects.
• Prepare client presentations, campaign performance reports, viewpoints, and research outcomes.
• Create comprehensive campaign and project plans while serving as the project owner.
• Manage and provide regular status updates.
• Monitor and manage finances, budgets, target objectives, and client goals.
• Authorize copy, scope, and deliverables prior to client submission.
• Mentor and manage Account Administrator and Account Manager team members.
• Supervise multiple projects and accounts concurrently.
• Show a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Approximately 5 to 6 years of relevant industry experience is essential.
• Experience in client service, digital advertising agencies, and the pharmaceutical sector is required.
• Preferred experience in oncology, HCP, and product launches.
• Substantial applied experience in marketing and advertising with a focus on digital strategy, media, and technology.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education along with professional experience is necessary.
• Knowledge of development processes for technical projects involving iPads, data feeds, CRM campaigns, and complex portals.
• Previous experience in building digital sales aids is highly desirable.
• Ability to review and approve copy, scope, and deliverables prior to client submission.
• Strong understanding of agency services and expertise.
• Demonstrated skills in client relations and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in project management, negotiation, strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical skills, problem-solving, presentation, verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to manage changes from multiple partner agencies and clients efficiently.
• Familiarity with web development technologies and processes.
• Competence in supervising and developing Account Administrator and Account Manager team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel periodically.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, account management, or a comparable role.
• Understanding of marketing strategies, web metrics, and data analysis.
• Proficient in managing timelines, costs, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, analytics, social media, and development teams.
• Experience in creating and delivering client presentations, campaign results, viewpoints, and research findings.
• Strong organizational skills for developing detailed campaign and project plans.
• Financial acumen for budget tracking, forecasting, and managing objectives and goals.
