📋 Description

• Foster robust relationships with customers to implement a strategic and consultative approach for deployment, adoption, retention, and growth.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our customers’ partner ecosystems and business objectives, forming strong connections with leaders to integrate the Crossbeam platform into their partner and sales strategies, ultimately driving revenue through partnerships.

• Grasp the customer journey and identify key moments that lead to value, using this insight to coach and educate customers on best practices for effectively utilizing Crossbeam.

• Act as an internal power user of the Crossbeam product, remaining informed about the product roadmap and new features upon their release.

• Continuously provide feedback to the product team to shape the product roadmap.

• Develop an in-depth understanding of your customer’s use cases and the challenges they aim to solve with Crossbeam, while also discovering new use cases across the enterprise.

• Proactively manage renewal discussions with the customers in your portfolio—identify retention risks and formulate action plans to address them.

• Collaboration across teams is crucial. Work alongside Enterprise Sales, Product, Solutions, and leadership to identify opportunities within new business lines and influence expansion deals.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a dynamic, high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

• Experience with enterprise-level clients—familiarity with organizations of 10,000+ employees and understanding the complexities involved in managing enterprise accounts.

• Knowledge of partnership and ecosystem sales processes (including ISV, GSI, and/or VARs).

• Proven track record of success—consistent strong performance in revenue retention across Enterprise accounts.

• Strategic mindset—ability to manage large, complex accounts with a clear and effective strategy.

• Excellent relationship-building skills—customers regard you as a trusted advisor.
