This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary client liaison, overseeing communication, follow-ups, and requests with minimal supervision.
• Cultivate robust working relationships through dependable execution and effective communication.
• Facilitate segments of client meetings, including status updates and walkthroughs of reports.
• Ensure all client requests are communicated clearly and executed diligently.
• Take ownership of timelines, deliverables, and workflows for assigned accounts.
• Handle multiple simultaneous workstreams, ensuring deadlines are adhered to in fast-paced environments.
• Maintain essential account documentation, such as trackers, timelines, and reports.
• Proactively spot risks to timelines or deliverables and escalate issues as necessary.
• Assist in tracking budgets and project scopes.
• Start linking performance data to campaign strategies and client goals.
• Contribute to reporting efforts by drafting insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with media and analytics teams to guarantee accuracy and actionability of data.
• Support optimization initiatives based on performance trends.
• Coordinate with various departments, including web development, media, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive execution across all channels.
• Create project, creative, and media briefs with growing autonomy.
• Clearly communicate client feedback and ensure it is incorporated into deliverables.
• Help align internal teams on priorities, timelines, and expectations.
• Review deliverables to verify accuracy, completeness, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Ensure that feedback and updates are implemented effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain high-quality standards while managing multiple deliverables.
• Continue to enhance understanding of marketing strategy, performance metrics, and channel dynamics.
• Demonstrate the ability to connect execution to outcomes and business impact.
• Take the initiative to identify areas for improvement and contribute new ideas.
• Actively seek out feedback and apply it to enhance performance and impact.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in account management, marketing, or a related field.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of digital marketing channels, including owned media (SEO & GEO), paid media (search, social, and programmatic), Email & SMS, and more.
• Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and client relationships.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and/or B2B clients is advantageous.
• Hands-on media execution experience is a plus.
