Account Specialist, Routing & Optimization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for school districts, mainly through email (routing, dispatch, and customer service inquiries)

• Handle change requests, such as student additions and removals, promptly

• Maintain and enhance transportation routes to maximize efficiency

• Generate quotes and perform route analysis

• Oversee and update calendars, including holidays, early dismissals, and emergency weather notifications

• Conduct precise and timely data entry

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is mandatory

• Experience in school transportation routing is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
