Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Engages in fundamental troubleshooting and problem-solving interactions with Boeing, TMX Aerospace purchasing, emergent support, and strategy participants.

• Responsibilities may encompass order entry and other tasks/projects as deemed necessary by management.

• Involves Account Management, phone support, meetings and email assistance, as well as research and problem-solving activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of prior customer service experience is required.

• Strong computer proficiency, exceeding basic skills, is essential.

• Exceptional attention to detail is a must.

• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities; capable of successfully resolving issues; willing to “go the extra mile” for clients.

• Self-motivated, reliable, takes ownership, and drives personal goals/performance.

• Must be flexible with scheduling and available for overtime if required.

• Experience in the aerospace sector, particularly in a customer service, sales, or purchasing capacity, is preferred.
