This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Engages in fundamental troubleshooting and problem-solving interactions with Boeing, TMX Aerospace purchasing, emergent support, and strategy participants.
β’ Responsibilities may encompass order entry and other tasks/projects as deemed necessary by management.
β’ Involves Account Management, phone support, meetings and email assistance, as well as research and problem-solving activities.
β’ Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
β’ A minimum of 1-2 years of prior customer service experience is required.
β’ Strong computer proficiency, exceeding basic skills, is essential.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail is a must.
β’ Outstanding communication and customer service abilities; capable of successfully resolving issues; willing to βgo the extra mileβ for clients.
β’ Self-motivated, reliable, takes ownership, and drives personal goals/performance.
β’ Must be flexible with scheduling and available for overtime if required.
β’ Experience in the aerospace sector, particularly in a customer service, sales, or purchasing capacity, is preferred.
