This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Set up items, maintain inventory, and upload content and images within retailer portals.
• Take ownership of digital implementation and upkeep for retailer.com.
• Compile and circulate weekly sales reports.
• Analyze sales reports to identify effective and ineffective assortments, track new items, and evaluate secondary display performance.
• Assist the Account Manager with in-store merchandising by managing display assortment/velocity, creating visual merchandising briefs, and overseeing project management.
• Keep track of and report on competitive brand launches and events.
• Provide general administrative support, including clerical tasks and customer assistance (e.g., sending samples, fixture requests), while aiding the sales team to ensure seamless sales operations.
• Ensure all customer information requests are fulfilled promptly; manage projects effectively.
• Collaborate with all sales team members and cross-functional departments.
• Develop and sustain relationships with customers.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales.
• Proven experience working with Ulta.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving results.
• Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Quick learner and agile thinker.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Team player, responsive, and passionate about success.
• College degree or Bachelor’s in Business or a related field.
• High attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Shows initiative and is willing to troubleshoot independently.
