This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Interact efficiently with customers to ensure timely processing of renewals
• Negotiate advantageous renewal conditions and pinpoint contract value opportunities
• Work together with internal teams to formulate renewal strategies
• Keep an accurate forecast of renewal risks
• Background in Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success
• Preferred Bachelor's degree
• Over 2 years of experience in SaaS offerings
• Excellent negotiation abilities
• Capability to showcase a strategic approach in customer interactions
• Experience in a quota-carrying sales position
• Strong process management skills and financial acumen
• Capacity to manage the renewal cycle effectively
