Account Solutions Architect – Greenfield

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as part of a three-member team that includes one Account Executive and one Account Manager to secure new clients and grow existing accounts throughout the region.

• Focus on Northern EMEA, particularly in the Nordics and Benelux areas.

• Conduct technical discovery sessions with potential and current customers.

• Gain an understanding of model training needs, MLOps workflows, and infrastructure limitations.

• Create and present solutions that encompass ML infrastructure, GPU computing, storage, networking, Kubernetes orchestration, and MLOps tools.

• Manage proof-of-concept initiatives and architectural assessments leading to a decision.

• Assist in acquiring new logos and expanding current accounts.

• Serve as the internal advocate for the customer, relaying technical needs and product deficiencies to Engineering and Product teams.

• Keep records of customer architectures, solution designs, and unresolved technical inquiries.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture role, preferably with a focus on AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure, or HPC.

• Strong understanding of ML training and inference processes.

• Practical knowledge of MLOps platforms and tools, including experiment tracking, pipeline orchestration, and model serving.

• Experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.

• Familiarity with GPU topology, networking fabric, and cluster architecture.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and managing containerized workloads at scale.

• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous opportunities across a geographic area.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Must meet export-control eligibility requirements: be a U.S. person, eligible without export authorization, or eligible and likely to obtain the necessary authorization.

• Successful candidates will need to undergo a basic criminal record check.

• Preferred qualifications include familiarity with NVIDIA GPU architectures and CUDA, NCCL, cuDNN.

• Preferred knowledge of InfiniBand, RDMA, RoCE, and TCP/IP.

• Preferred experience working directly with AI laboratories, research institutions, or enterprise ML teams.

• Preferred exposure to practical AI applications.

• Preferred experience with tools like Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
