Account Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Primarily delivers pre-sales technical assistance for the design and execution of intricate products/applications/solutions.

• Utilizes extensive product knowledge to offer technical guidance to sales personnel and customers through sales presentations and product demonstrations.

• Aids the sales team in evaluating the potential application of company products to fulfill customer requirements and may prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions.

• May develop comprehensive design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions.

• May construct a mini-application based on customer specifications to showcase the application's feasibility, often necessitating rapid prototyping and/or product demonstrations for clients.

• May provide consultations to potential users and/or assess and validate product capabilities.

• Spearhead the creation and execution of technical enablement strategies for key partners, ensuring alignment with Red Hat's strategic objectives.

• Design and implement customized technical solutions that address intricate partner and customer challenges.

• Coordinate Red Hat's technical resources, including product specialists and support teams, to guarantee customer adoption and satisfaction.

• Mentor junior solution architects by providing guidance and support for their professional growth.

• Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and pilot projects with partners to collaboratively develop innovative solutions utilizing Red Hat technologies.
