Account Services Associate I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer product, pricing, and sales assistance to Sales, Dealerships, Brand Manufacturers, and Customers across the US and Canada.

• Oversee phone availability and manage inbound and outbound call volume.

• Deliver outstanding service while managing service-level agreements (SL) and accounts receivable (AR).

• Act as a subject matter expert for our Extended Service Contract offerings.

• Help resolve issues involving Sales, Dealerships, Brand Manufacturers, and Customers.

• Search the company’s database and files, or consult with other departmental staff to determine the best solutions for problem-solving; expedite corrections or adjustments.

• Coordinate reporting functions and ensure effective turnaround times.

• Contribute to achieving the company's sales and customer service targets and objectives.

• Assist with assigned projects accurately, promptly, and with minimal supervision.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience collaborating and engaging with multiple departments and business lines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capacity to work under tight deadlines and meet production targets.

• Problem-solving skills to assist others in navigating various ambiguous situations where limited standardization is present.

• Proficient in organizing, prioritizing, and managing job responsibilities to meet deadlines in environments with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities.
