Account Representative – Absence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a specialist for ComPsych services with clients, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of absence management, departmental processes, and tools.

• Exercise independent judgment and discretion when addressing matters related to assigned accounts.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with designated customers, ensuring that the company’s objectives are achieved and clients’ needs are met within the assigned book of business.

• Investigate, assess, and resolve client issues, communicating the resolution or collaborating on subsequent steps to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Function as a trusted advisor to clients during both the implementation phase and post-implementation.

• Retain, grow, and enhance the book of business by identifying opportunities to broaden services with additional products.

• Assist other Account Managers in servicing large or complex accounts through both verbal and electronic communication.

• Establish and nurture strong working relationships with ComPsych’s business leaders to ensure optimal service for our customers.

• Maintain a professional demeanor to represent ComPsych’s values and standards consistently.

• Work autonomously while also fostering a positive team environment to effectively serve our customers.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in creating and sustaining successful customer relationships is required.

• Experience in Account Management is a plus.

• Familiarity with benefits administration or HR compliance is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

• In-depth knowledge of FMLA compliance is a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is required.
