This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Meet and surpass annual sales and renewal objectives.
• Oversee the complete customer lifecycle, encompassing renewals, upselling opportunities, and acquiring new business.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans for designated healthcare organizations.
• Recognize expansion prospects within current accounts and potential new clients.
• Maintain a precise sales pipeline and deliver regular forecasting updates.
• Create new business opportunities within both public and private healthcare sectors.
• Facilitate solution-oriented sales discussions centered around clinical, operational, and strategic outcomes.
• Navigate complex sales processes involving various stakeholders and procurement protocols.
• Cultivate robust relationships with clinical leaders, executive management, procurement teams, digital health leaders, and significant influencers.
• Collaborate with customers to optimize the utilization and adoption of UpToDate, Lexidrug, and Expert AI.
• Ensure customers derive measurable value from Wolters Kluwer solutions.
• Assist with implementation, training, and customer engagement efforts in partnership with internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may affect renewals or customer satisfaction.
• Build strong connections with state government health agencies, public hospitals, health networks, and healthcare organizations.
• Comprehend government procurement frameworks and tender processes.
• Keep abreast of market trends, healthcare policy changes, and funding initiatives that present growth prospects.
• Represent Wolters Kluwer at industry events and client meetings.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven B2B sales or account management experience.
• Established history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Experience in managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Strong background working with government, healthcare, or public sector entities.
• Key relationships at the c-suite level in Australia.
• Demonstrated capability in managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial insight and analytical skills.
