This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and cultivate strong, consultative relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Act as the main executive contact, addressing and resolving strategic issues as they arise.
• Conduct executive business reviews centered on outcomes, ROI, and strategic alignment.
• Oversee the accuracy of forecast renewals in the CRM system.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive renewal strategy and execution, including proposal creation and contract negotiations.
• Drive significant gross and net revenue retention results.
• Broaden the company's presence within client organizations by fostering new connections with key executive buyers.
• Identify, assess, and secure expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to create compelling, value-driven growth proposals.
• Develop account plans that align with client priorities and the company's long-term growth objectives.
• Serve as the internal lead for assigned accounts, ensuring coordination across operations, professional services, support, product, and engineering.
• Convert client feedback into actionable insights for product leadership.
• Ensure that contractual commitments, success metrics, and value realization goals are well-defined and met.
• Remain informed about healthcare trends, regulations, and payment models to position the company as a strategic partner rather than just a vendor within client organizations.
• Over 10 years of experience in client success, strategic account management, or consulting roles within healthcare technology and healthcare IT sectors.
• Proven track record in driving client growth and renewals in the healthcare technology field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare provider operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare IT systems.
• Extensive experience collaborating with C-suite healthcare leaders.
• Familiarity with current industry trends, regulations (e.g., HIPAA, interoperability), and healthcare delivery models.
• Capability to build and sustain robust relationships with C-suite executives, clinicians, and operational leaders.
• A consultative, solution-oriented mindset for tackling complex challenges.
• Proven ability to set and surpass goals for client growth, retention, and satisfaction.
• Experience in account planning, forecasting, and managing client portfolios.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical capabilities to identify client needs, diagnose issues, and propose actionable solutions.
