This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Oversee and enhance the performance of a designated portfolio of accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives for revenue growth and profitability.
• Evaluate account performance trends to pinpoint opportunities for increased sales, improved margins, and product optimization.
• Create and execute data-driven action plans aimed at boosting account engagement, competitiveness, and conversion across various channels.
• Foster robust commercial relationships with partners by offering strategic insights and recommendations that promote mutual growth.
• Keep abreast of market dynamics, competitor actions, and destination trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities impacting assigned accounts.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives designed to enhance workflows, tools, and optimization methodologies.
• Compile and present regular performance reports, business reviews, and presentations to internal stakeholders and partners.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Account Management, Commercial Optimization, Revenue Management, Business Analysis, or related fields (preferably in Travel, Hospitality, or E-commerce).
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret extensive data sets and convert insights into actionable commercial strategies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• High degree of ownership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
• Capability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, international setting.
• A collaborative team player with a willingness to share knowledge and best practices.
• Proficient in utilizing digital tools, dashboards, and reporting systems to inform decision-making.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, SalesForce).
• Advanced English proficiency is essential.
