This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact.
• Comprehend the business requirements and objectives of key accounts, and devise customized strategies to fulfill those needs.
• Recognize growth opportunities within existing accounts and formulate plans to leverage those opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure successful solution delivery to key accounts.
• Track account performance and provide consistent updates to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts, ensuring mutually advantageous terms.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to evaluate satisfaction and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to guide account strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Create and implement account plans to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to account managers and other team members.
• Formulate and execute strategies to grow business within key accounts, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the business and increase market share.
• Partner with the sales team to identify and onboard new key accounts, broadening the company's customer base.
• Develop precise revenue forecasts and monitor performance against targets, making necessary adjustments to achieve growth goals.
• Continuously explore ways to innovate and enhance account management processes to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with an emphasis on managing key accounts.
• Proven history of establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Robust negotiation and contract management skills.
• Capability to develop and implement strategic account plans.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving growth objectives.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in driving business growth and enhancing market presence.
• Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies for business growth and market expansion.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with customers, partners, and attend industry events.
