This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive substantial revenue growth within your designated SMB portfolio by consistently surpassing monthly Net Dollar Retention (NDR) goals through strategic account management and proactive identification of expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with our Customer Success team to ensure exceptional customer adoption, proactively address their needs, and jointly identify growth opportunities within their organizations.
• Reduce customer churn and enhance retention by consistently delivering value, fostering strong relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor to your clients.
• Perform regular account health reviews with customers, effectively communicating the value they are receiving and outlining strategies for ongoing partnership and growth.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of your clients' businesses, challenges, and goals to uncover opportunities for our solution to drive their success and nurture long-term strategic partnerships.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Legal, Accounting, Product, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficiently address any client needs.
• Provide precise and timely weekly revenue forecasts to leadership, contributing to predictable business outcomes.
• Maintain excellent CRM hygiene by consistently updating opportunities and account information to ensure data accuracy and facilitate effective sales management.
• Act as a passionate advocate for PandaDoc, confidently showcasing the product's value and articulating its benefits to our SMB customers.
• Serve as a vital channel for customer feedback, effectively communicating feature requests and product insights to our Product team and facilitating necessary meetings.
• Engage in ongoing enablement and training provided by the company to enhance your product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.
• 2-3+ years of demonstrated success in a quota-carrying Account Manager or Account Executive role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Strong computer skills, with prior experience using Gong, Slack, Salesforce, SalesLoft, and/or PandaDoc.
• Proven ability to accurately forecast revenue and contribute to reliable business projections.
• A consistent history of surpassing sales targets and achieving measurable results.
• Familiarity with the SMB market and the unique challenges and opportunities within this segment.
