Account Manager – Sales Ops

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales teams on incoming RFPs and proposals

• Efficiently manage and provide support for the account base

• Deliver a superior level of customer service

• Create and update media plans for current accounts

• Independently oversee all post-sale activities

• Handle project management for internal creative projects

• Ensure effective communication with sales representatives

• Assist the programmatic sales team

• Engage in project tasks as assigned by the supervisor

• Commit to ongoing personal and professional development

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• 2-3 years of experience in digital media advertising

• 2-3 years of prior experience collaborating with sales personnel

• Proficient in Excel with strong analytical capabilities

• Significant experience in online media sales and responding to RFPs

• Knowledge and experience with DV360, AdX, Rubicon, Pubmatic, GAM, etc.
