This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with essential QSR stakeholders across innovation, culinary, marketing, and procurement departments.
• Develop and oversee a strong pipeline of LTO opportunities aimed at transitioning into permanent menu placements.
• Position Ferrara brands as integral components within QSR platforms (beverages, desserts, bakery, and inclusions), rather than as independent products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to take concepts from ideation through commercialization to national rollout.
• Lead customer-facing innovation sessions, showcasing progressive, insight-driven concepts that resonate with QSR menu trends and operational viability.
• Convert consumer insights and market trends into engaging, revenue-generating menu solutions.
• Formulate and implement joint business plans that meet the growth objectives of both Ferrara and its customers.
• Identify and unlock scalable platforms (e.g., frozen beverages, bakery, LTO “collections”) that promote consistent growth across various QSR partners.
• Create and present executive-level presentations that clearly define the business case, potential rewards, and strategies for scaling.
• Proactively spot risks and devise contingency strategies to ensure successful execution and ongoing growth.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, commercialization timelines, and financial targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 5+ years in sales or business development, preferably within Foodservice or QSR sectors.
• Experience working with or selling to QSRs, restaurant chains, or foodservice operators is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in developing and executing LTO programs or innovation-focused initiatives.
• Experience collaborating across functions with R&D, marketing, and commercialization teams.
• Strong financial acumen with the capability to create and present business cases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint are required).
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support customer engagement and business development.
