
Account Manager – Recycled Polyethylene

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Identify and seek out new business prospects with manufacturers utilizing or shifting to recycled plastic materials.
• Develop and oversee a portfolio of industrial clients throughout Spain and other parts of Europe.
• Conduct market analysis to grasp customer requirements, product applications, and sustainability trends.
• Present and advocate for the company’s assortment of recycled resins, compounds, and flakes to potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to meet profitable growth objectives.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure prompt deliveries and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain precise sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM data.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and sustainability conferences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (preferred).
• **3+ years of B2B sales experience** in the fields of plastics, polymers, recycling, or industrial materials.
• Strong comprehension of the **recycled plastics industry** and material specifications.
• Demonstrated success in generating new business and managing enduring client relationships.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in **English** (knowledge of additional European languages is a plus).
• Willingness to travel regionally across Europe.
