This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and strategic advisor for designated clients.
• Facilitate quarterly planning sessions, business reviews, and continuous strategy development in line with client objectives.
• Convert client goals into cohesive affiliate, influencer, and performance marketing strategies.
• Proactively recognize growth prospects, potential risks, and optimization plans.
• Oversee the full execution of affiliate and influencer campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, partner networks).
• Manage campaign schedules, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely execution.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, conversions, revenue) and apply data-driven enhancements (A/B testing, creative updates, partner mix).
• Assess program performance and consistently enhance ROI.
• Cultivate strong relationships with client stakeholders, partners, influencers, and internal teams.
• Provide clear and concise reporting and insights through regular communications with clients.
• Confidently present strategies and results to senior-level audiences with clarity.
• Mentor and guide junior team members when applicable.
• Collaborate closely with partnerships, marketing, analytics, and product teams to ensure program success.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard affiliate partners, influencer talent, and new platforms.
• Ensure alignment of campaign messaging and execution with broader marketing initiatives.
• Confirm that all campaigns adhere to FTC guidelines, platform policies, and brand standards.
• Review content and program execution for accuracy, proper disclosures, and consistency with KPIs.
• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing (affiliate, influencer, or performance PR).
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and achieving measurable growth (revenue, engagement, ROI).
• Deep understanding of affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, ShareASale) and social/influencer ecosystems.
• Experience in executing multi-channel campaigns and handling multiple priorities at once.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
