This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the Team – Serve as the operational backbone for the account team, ensuring projects progress smoothly and that all members have the resources they need to excel.

• Own Client Relationships – Become the primary partner for your clients. You will establish trust, communicate proactively, and address issues before they arise.

• Manage the Work – Supervise daily operations across media and creative; guarantee that everything is delivered on schedule and surpasses expectations.

• Drive Performance – Work alongside media strategists to analyze data, identify opportunities, and direct strategy.

• Tell the Story – Convert metrics into coherent narratives and strategic insights.

• Handle Budgets – Take charge of forecasting, budget management, and campaign pacing with accuracy.

• Stay Ahead – Keep clients and teams updated on the latest marketing and industry developments.

• Integrate AI – Leverage generative AI tools to enhance workflows, inspire ideas, and boost execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an agency or client services environment.

• Demonstrated success in performance marketing, including the execution and optimization of paid media.

• Experience in supporting cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious objectives.

• Financial acumen — you have managed budgets, forecasts, and media pacing.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Data-savvy — you can analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.

• Comfortable using (and learning) AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
