This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Reporting to the Director of Sales & Partnerships, you will be responsible for managing the daily relationship with enterprise partners after the leadership handoff.
• Facilitate referral activation by transitioning agents from "aware" to "actively referring" through education, resources, and regular interactions.
• Develop and implement account strategies for each partner, establishing clear referral volume objectives and KPIs.
• Organize educational sessions, execute campaigns, and explore innovative methods to keep Perch at the forefront within partner organizations.
• Identify and nurture champion agents within each partner, focusing on high-producers who consistently refer and influence their colleagues.
• Monitor and report on referral activities, pipeline conversion rates, and co-marketing ROI across your account portfolio.
• Work closely with our mortgage agents and customer support to ensure a smooth client handoff experience that generates repeat referrals.
• Gather insights from the field, including product gaps, service challenges, and competitive intelligence, and communicate these to leadership and product teams to enhance performance. You will serve as a liaison between our product and engineering teams.
• Maintain a disciplined daily routine involving calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, with opportunities to attend key partner events, team meetings, and industry functions to strengthen in-person relationships.
• 2–5 years of experience in account management, partnership success, or B2B relationship management, preferably within the mortgage, real estate, proptech, or financial services sectors.
• Demonstrated success in increasing revenue or referral volume within an established account portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently to a team of 5 or a brokerage of 500.
• Highly organized and data-oriented; manage your accounts using a CRM, track activities, and report results effectively.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where strategies are continuously evolving and you need to adapt swiftly.
• Nice to Have:
• Understanding of the operations of Canadian real estate brokerages and agent teams.
• Experience in fintech or proptech partnerships.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom).
