This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +4 more states.
• Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Clear Touch’s offerings and solutions.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities within the designated territory.
• Engage in and enhance in-house brand promotions.
• Act as the primary contact and manage existing accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling.
• Develop and sustain robust, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize success.
• Expand business with current clients and/or pinpoint areas for improvement to achieve sales quotas.
• Establish a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customers, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Guarantee the timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs and objectives.
• Effectively communicate the status of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecast and monitor key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Oversee budget management and strive to meet or exceed monthly quotas set by supervisors and management.
• Generate reports on account status.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and expand opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests or escalated issues as necessary.
• Achieve or surpass designated sales quotas and KPIs.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and represent the Clear Touch brand.
• Must reside in the Pacific Northwest Region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in channel management, account management, sales management, key account management, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Capacity to lift or push up to 75 pounds.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Experience in SLED (State, Local, and Education) sales preferred.
• Technical aptitude preferred.
• Base salary with uncapped commissions.
