Account Manager – Orca-T, Open Territories

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact between Orca Bio and Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs).

• Develop and oversee critical relationships to ensure treatment site readiness and effective execution.

• Promote the appropriate utilization of Orca Bio’s approved therapies.

• Facilitate a seamless and efficient experience for treatment sites, physicians, and healthcare stakeholders.

• Evaluate account performance and uncover opportunities to enhance site engagement and therapy usage.

• Represent Orca Bio at important conferences and professional gatherings as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required; an advanced degree in a scientific or business discipline is preferred.

• At least 8-10 years of experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical settings, ideally in cell therapy.

• A proven history in account management, preferably within oncology, hematology, or cell therapy.

• Strong operational knowledge of academic medical centers and/or BMT transplant centers.

• An MBA or a similar advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in hematology/oncology or bone marrow transplantation, ideally in account management.

• Previous experience in launching or supporting cell or gene therapy products.

• Familiarity with site operations, patient access pathways, and clinical treatment logistics.

• Prior experience collaborating within cross-functional field-based teams.
