This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Implement brand strategies and tactical plans in the field.
• Achieve sales targets while effectively managing the assigned territory and targeted accounts.
• Establish robust customer relationships and address customer needs.
• Create and execute a call plan that meets established call metrics.
• Oversee multiple brands/indications in accordance with strategic guidance.
• Perform pre-call and post-call analysis and evaluation.
• Actively engage in AbbVie’s Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) programs.
• Report any adverse events within 24 hours, following AbbVie’s policies.
• A Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business-related field, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in specialty sales, preferably in Oncology, Haematology, Solid Tumours, or Urology.
• Ability to be agile and adaptable while selling a diverse product portfolio.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and proficient in the use of business tools.
• Capability to operate effectively across different functions.
• Proactively recognizes customer styles/behaviors and adapts accordingly.
• Demonstrated success in leadership roles with increasing responsibilities.
