This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with internal teams at C.A. Fortune to build organizational knowledge regarding Kroger and its omnichannel ecosystem.
• Offer insights into critical metrics and performance trends related to Kroger’s in-store and digital operations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing, advertising, and promotional activities across various Kroger platforms.
• Establish operating standards for managing client operations both online and in-store within Kroger.
• Serve as a comprehensive Account Manager for C.A. Fortune's clients associated with Kroger and Kroger.com.
• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at driving ROI through performance-driven and brand-enhancing approaches.
• Advocate for client interests with Kroger, 84.51°, and Kroger Precision Marketing (KPM).
• Evaluate and report on client business outcomes linked to Kroger’s digital initiatives and retail media programs.
• Provide a holistic understanding of Kroger’s omnichannel ecosystem, including Pickup & Delivery, loyalty programs, and retail media.
• Assist with new item setup, pricing strategies, digital shelf optimization, SEO, content syndication, and digital advertising programs.
• Work collaboratively with sales, insights, and media teams to aid in joint business planning and strategies for retailer growth.
• Extensive knowledge of the consumer products industry, particularly in food products.
• A 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficient in essential computer applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Kroger's systems and platforms, such as Kroger Precision Marketing (KPM), Kroger Ad Platform (KAP), Prism, Stratum, Market6, and the overall digital ecosystem of Kroger.
• Understanding of omnichannel retail strategies, including Pickup & Delivery, loyalty marketing, and retail media.
