This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Accountable for implementing Media Plans for Vendors by overseeing all Internal Processes from Pre-Sale through Activation and into Post Launch.
β’ Assist the Partner Manager by consistently engaging with non-endemic brands and their agency partners to grasp wider marketing goals (e.g., awareness, consideration, acquisition) and how these are reflected in retail media strategies.
β’ Manage uncertainty and changing client requirements by proactively spotting opportunities, crafting strategic approaches, and facilitating execution across internal (planning, media buying, measurement, creative, and monetization) and external teams to ensure successful campaigns.
β’ Deliver proactive, client-centric communication to advertisers/agencies regarding campaign status, translating retail media performance into insights that align with non-endemic KPIs and expectations.
β’ Oversee the entire campaign process from start to finish, including advertiser onboarding, asset collection, timeline management, and adherence to workflows and approval processes.
β’ Bachelor's Degree.
β’ 3 - 5 Years of experience in account management, sales, customer service, or digital marketing.
β’ Familiarity with CRM, project management, and/or order management tools is a plus.
β’ Capability to effectively prioritize and manage competing campaign deadlines.
