This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Engage in daily inventory acquisitions while actively seeking out new business prospects, upcoming tours, and ticket sales within the music sector.
• Source inventory from music venues, promoters, and entertainment and hospitality firms, ensuring optimal selection and pricing strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with all partners, music venues, promoters, and key contacts within the music and entertainment fields.
• Collaborate with the Pricing Team on designated accounts to enhance sell-through rates and establish effective sales strategies.
• Consistently meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Keep precise and comprehensive records in the CRM system, documenting interactions, follow-ups, and deal progression.
• Develop strong executive-level connections with key decision-makers.
• Utilize existing networks to generate referrals and broaden the company’s strategic account portfolio.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to boost visibility and credibility.
• Work closely with customer service, marketing, and product teams to fulfill and exceed client expectations.
• Provide actionable market insights to guide product development, marketing strategies, and customer engagement efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design customized materials, proposals, and presentations for strategic clients and prospects.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
• A comprehensive understanding of the music industry, including connections with promoters, music venues, and the artist/label ecosystem, is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of demonstrated high-level sales achievement with strong performance and results.
• Excellent presentation abilities, with the confidence to present sales materials to large audiences and key clients.
• Capability to manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
• Professional demeanor, capable of effectively engaging with individuals at all organizational levels and with external stakeholders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including active listening, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, articulating ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks and managing workloads efficiently.
• Adaptable and flexible, thriving in dynamic environments with competing priorities.
• Highly reliable, consistently punctual, and responsive to feedback and managerial guidance.
