This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.
• Develop, nurture, and oversee accounts within a designated territory.
• Achieve or surpass predetermined sales targets.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of Tri-anim’s cutting-edge technologies that decrease overall care costs while enhancing patient outcomes.
• Create proposals and deliver sales presentations for both potential and current clients.
• Analyze market data to assess customer requirements, potential volume, and pricing structures.
• Identify and qualify potential clients through phone calls, in-person visits, and networking initiatives.
• Exhibit proficiency in all features of Tri-anim’s website.
• Cultivate a strong working relationship with Prime Manufacturers through regular co-travel and consistent communication via phone or email.
• Conduct in-service educational seminars for the clinical staff of hospitals, including spontaneous face-to-face sessions.
• Regularly sell to all relevant hospital departments following a structured call schedule.
• Engage in and successfully complete sales skills or product knowledge assessments within specified timeframes.
• Represent Tri-anim at trade shows, conferences, and association gatherings.
• Collaborate with customers and manufacturers during meetings to uncover sales opportunities.
• Coordinate efforts with Brand Managers and Product Specialists for projects within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 4 years of clinical experience in acute care settings (anesthesia, respiratory, critical care).
• A strong competitive drive.
• Proficient PC skills and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience in leadership, education, or clinical training is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of Hospital Sales experience, ideally in the Anesthesia, Respiratory Therapy, and Critical Care sectors.
• A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals while representing a diverse range of products and therapies from various vendors.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills tailored to the audience and selling context.
• A disciplined and detail-oriented approach to account management, including the use of CRM tools.
• Strong negotiation skills with a history of achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for the company, suppliers, and customers.
• Sound judgment and analytical capabilities with a proven ability to assess complex issues and propose alternative solutions.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to identify customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
