This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Cultivate and maintain an in-depth understanding of Clear Touch’s products and solutions.
• Seek out, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities within the designated territory.
• Engage in and enhance internal brand promotion efforts.
• Act as the primary contact and manage existing accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling.
• Develop and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to maximize success, while also developing new business with current clients and identifying improvement areas to meet sales targets.
• Establish a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customers, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and effective delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the status of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecast and monitor key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual projections.
• Manage the budget and achieve or surpass the monthly quotas set by supervisors and management.
• Generate reports detailing account status.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and cultivate opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Provide assistance with complex client requests or issue escalations as necessary.
• Achieve or surpass assigned sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and represent the Clear Touch brand.
• Must reside in the Mid Atlantic Region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 2 years of experience in channel management, account management, sales management, key account management, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Capability to lift or push up to 75 pounds.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Experience in SLED (State, Local, and Education) sales is preferred.
• Base salary complemented by uncapped commissions.
