This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Achieve or surpass annual revenue and profit objectives for the designated region.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
• Conduct personalized sales demonstrations for customers in the fields of Business Visualization, Surgical Ophthalmology, and Surgical Oncology within the assigned region.
• Educate and follow up with surgeons and their staff on the operation, utilization, and applications of our products to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts.
• Develop and execute innovative and profitable marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of the representative’s region.
• Take responsibility for and assist in the planning of market introductions and launches of new products.
• Provide timely, precise, and constructive written and verbal communications to management regarding anticipated sales and planned monthly activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Key Account Management, or a comparable sales role.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in selling surgical capital equipment within the Operating Room (OR) environment is considered advantageous.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and driving business outcomes.
• Strong consultative selling, strategic account planning, and customer relationship management abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating, developing, and managing commercial agreements and contracts.
• Excellent presentation skills, including the capability to deliver impactful presentations at the executive level and for strategic accounts.
• Resourceful and solutions-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and identify opportunities for growth.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
