This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.
• Establish, nurture, and sustain robust relationships with IVF clinics and key stakeholders.
• Perform regular customer visits, product demonstrations, in-services, and procedural observations.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets by expanding business within current accounts and creating new opportunities.
• Collaborate across departments with Key Account Managers and the Medical Affairs teams.
• Efficiently manage and enhance the sales pipelines for both consumables and capital equipment.
• Oversee and maintain sales funnel activities in Salesforce to meet quarterly objectives.
• Present compelling presentations to a variety of customer audiences.
• Educate clinical professionals on the value and application of Vitrolife products.
• Create and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned territory.
• Assist and engage in workshops, congresses, and industry events.
• Provide accurate and timely weekly and monthly sales activity and performance reports.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of Vitrolife products and IVF clinical applications.
• Exhibit strong product expertise and convey clear value propositions.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated sales experience within a hospital, medical device, or clinically focused setting.
• Experience in Women’s Health or IVF is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and increase territory revenue.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to identify and penetrate new business opportunities.
• Established track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
• Team-oriented with outstanding collaboration and communication skills.
