• Collaborating within a dynamic and fast-paced team, you will apply your operational energy and strategic knowledge to manage, cultivate, and scale significant existing national and regional enterprise accounts across the Life Sciences, IT, and Engineering MSP, VMS, and SOW sectors.
• The Staffing Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving client success, fostering account growth, and enhancing portfolio profitability across enterprise accounts in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Engineering, and associated professional services.
• Acting as the primary liaison between clients, MSP partners, and delivery teams, this position supervises contingent workforce programs, staff augmentation projects, SOW-based initiatives, and enterprise-scale MSP delivery.
• Achieving success in this role necessitates a solid understanding of workforce and consulting services to guarantee exceptional delivery, client satisfaction, compliance, and sustainable business growth.
• Account Farming & Penetration: Deeply engage with existing enterprise accounts to identify new hiring departments, secure SOW projects, reveal hidden managerial needs, and increase the number of active billable contractors.
• Performance & Metrics Tracking: Evaluate and enhance daily delivery metrics—such as response times and submittal-to-hire ratios—to ensure our agency maintains its premier supplier status with the client.
• VMS Delivery & Compliance Governance: Navigate daily operations within major vendor management systems (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline) while ensuring strict adherence to client SLAs, SOW deliverables, tiering structures, and onboarding procedures.
• Recruitment Team Alignment: Interpret complex client needs into actionable guidelines for internal recruiting teams; perform candidate quality assessments prior to final submission.
• Strategic Client Partnership: Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and execute client visits to establish Cynet as a consultative, deliverables-focused partner rather than merely a transactional vendor.
• 5+ years of overall experience with a proven success record specifically in the Supplier-Side Staffing Industry (Staffing agency background is a mandatory requirement).
• 3+ years of direct experience managing large-scale MSP/VMS corporate accounts or SOW programs and directing delivery teams.
• Established familiarity with Life Sciences (Clinical Research, Pharma, Regulatory, QA, or Manufacturing) or highly specialized Engineering sectors.
• Demonstrated stability and career advancement within an agency setting (meeting the 2-3+ year tenure standard).
• Your Skills
• **MSP & SOW Navigation:** Expertise in enterprise VMS platforms (SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Magnit, etc.) and a thorough understanding of managing both high-volume staff augmentation and deliverables-focused milestones.
• **Account Mapping:** Capability to move beyond automated portals to strategically network with line managers and foster organic business growth.
• **Advanced Communication:** Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and data-driven consulting abilities when interacting with Director and VP-level stakeholders.
• **Tech Savvy:** Proficient with modern ATS tracking, Looker/analytics dashboards, and contemporary sourcing methods.
