This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Serve as the main contact for the client, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
• Cultivate robust and trustworthy relationships with client stakeholders.
• Supervise the comprehensive delivery of learning services.
• Efficiently manage and address any issues or escalations that arise.
• Track account performance in relation to budgets and forecasts.
• Assist in effective cost management and resource allocation.
• Promote a culture of accountability and ongoing improvement.
• Proven experience in account management, client services, or roles focused on delivery.
• Exceptional skills in relationship building and stakeholder management.
• Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Commercial acumen and confidence in working with budgets and forecasts.
• Experience in overseeing service delivery or project-oriented work.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Desirable: Background in Managed Learning Services, L&D, or a related field.
• Desirable: Experience with global clients or international delivery frameworks (NAM/LATAM).
• Desirable: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
