This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulating and implementing strategic account plans that foster growth within your designated portfolio.
• Overseeing the complete sales process from identifying opportunities to negotiating contracts and finalizing deals.
• Actively engaging with clients through targeted outreach efforts rather than depending solely on incoming inquiries.
• Conducting consultative discovery conversations to thoroughly understand customer challenges, business goals, and potential for growth.
• Utilizing a solutions-oriented sales approach that effectively communicates Wrike's ROI and aligns our offerings with customer requirements.
• Delivering persuasive demonstrations and presentations that illustrate how Wrike addresses specific client issues.
• Developing customized strategies to identify growth opportunities within each account based on customer usage patterns, adoption metrics, business objectives, and industry trends.
• Keeping abreast of competitor offerings and strategically positioning Wrike in relation to alternatives.
• Leveraging sales tools (Salesforce, SalesNavigator, and ZoomInfo) to pinpoint key stakeholders and manage your sales pipeline.
• Collaborating with Customer Success, Solutions, and other internal teams to guarantee seamless customer experiences and complete satisfaction.
• Regularly achieving or surpassing quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
• Over 5 years of successful commercial sales experience with a proven history of consistent performance; SaaS experience is a must.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager managing an established account base.
• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of proactive pipeline development, cross-selling, upselling, and driving account growth initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability to manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to closure.
• Experience in expanding relationships within existing accounts through consultative, solution-focused selling.
• Strong competency in outbound prospecting strategies and their implementation.
• Familiarity with the SaaS purchasing process and procurement cycles.
• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively at various levels within an organization.
• Excellent discovery skills to understand business challenges and align appropriate solutions.
• Experience in delivering engaging remote product demonstrations via video conferencing.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or Solution Selling.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
