• Establish and nurture relationships with institutional contacts by ensuring a high level of availability and proactively engaging with institutions.
• Offer direction and support to both new and existing institution contacts regarding all NBS products and services.
• Deliver training on products, processes, and procedures to institutions.
• Provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple tasks daily through telephone, chat, fax, email, or formal written correspondence.
• Handle a high volume of phone calls and/or chats from various regions across the country.
• Set up and maintain institution profile information, terms, and related marketing sites.
• Promote the increased utilization of various NBS products and technical services; troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
• Foster open communication with the sales team and other internal contacts regarding updates on existing institutions and new institution leads.
• Report activities to the team leader.
• Engage in special projects or committees and perform other related duties as assigned by the team leader.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Preferred experience in banking or customer service.
• Highly desirable previous experience in education (e.g., teaching, school district, or student services).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers in a professional manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and build strong relationships with colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional prioritization, organization, and time management skills.
• Capability to multitask and complete projects under tight deadlines and in high-pressure situations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• General knowledge of NBS products, along with an understanding of other areas and products within the company.
• Proficient in general computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, email, internet, and CRM systems.
• Understanding the specific needs of educational institutions is advantageous.
