This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prospecting and qualifying new clients for the Zoho portfolio.
• Actively engaging with clients post-event to generate new business opportunities.
• Serving as the main point of contact between the client and the technical/commercial team, understanding needs and proposing solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.
• Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with a focus on account expansion.
• Participating in alignment meetings, demonstrations, and training sessions with clients.
• Collaborating with the implementation, pre-sales, and support teams to ensure an efficient customer journey.
• Updating the CRM with strategic information regarding the client.
• Previous experience as an Account Manager or in Inside Sales.
• Clear, consultative, and empathetic communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, process-oriented mindset, and analytical vision.
• Experience with B2B clients (preferably in technology or SaaS).
• Familiarity with CRM systems to log activities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Ability to analyze client needs, identifying challenges and alignment with solutions.
• Proactive profile focused on revenue expansion (hunter mentality) and strong results orientation.
• Routine management skills, particularly for follow-ups and pipeline control.
• Collaborative, innovative, and autonomous work environment.
